Can't get a manager to call back I have brought my 2014 Dodge Ram 5500 here since it was brand new. I am told that this is the only dealer in Brevard County that can work on it. Since I have brought my 2014 Dodge Ram 5500 here since it was brand new. I am told that this is the only dealer in Brevard County that can work on it. Since it has been new, I have complained about an issue with my brakes making a high pitch squeaking noise. Every time I have brought it in to the dealer I am told that there is no time to look at it or that the Diesel tech wasn't in. I was told not to worry cause brakes are covered under the warranty. Now my truck has 30K miles on it, and I brought it in for an oil change, and once again complained about the brakes. I was told that there is a recall and they need to get my truck in. I was given an appointment two days later, and told that they would look at everything at one time. After dropping the truck off, everything that I needed help with I was told was not covered under warranty. The brake issues would have had to have been addressed prior to it turning 12K miles, even though I have complained about the issue since the truck had 30 miles on it. They told me that they do not have the equipment to work on a truck as big as mine, and that there was a $24.95 charge to inspect my brakes. I asked to speak with the shop manager, and I was told he would call me back. It has been a week and I still haven't gotten a call back yet. I am confused as to why they would take my vehicle in, and then charge me for an inspection on something that they are not capable of working on. I am a very loyal Chrysler/Dodge customer, and I can tell you this dealership is HORRIBLE! More

We were welcomed by every person working at the dealership as the morning progressed. Barb was as upbeat and forthright as she sounded on the phone and as her reviews had indicated she would be. From the test drive through closing the deal, it was clear she was there to help us, not sell us. (The GC sold itself.)
