Gator Chrysler's Team Attitude turned my frown upside down! Back in September 2018, I purchased a used Chrysler Sebring Convertible from Gator's used Palm Bay lot. I needed a inexpensive commuter car that got Back in September 2018, I purchased a used Chrysler Sebring Convertible from Gator's used Palm Bay lot. I needed a inexpensive commuter car that got decent gas mileage & maybe a little fun with the convertible. It was a 2010 with approximately 80,000 miles so I knew what I was getting & it was priced accordingly. The convertible top malfunctioned when we were looking at the car, but they made adjustments & it was working the next day... we sealed the deal. Over the next few weeks, the A/C went out ($1000 repair). It was a convertible, so I dealt with it. Within 6 months the convertible top broke ($2400 repair). At this point, in 6 months I was into repairs that were 68% of the vehicle purchase price. I did not feel I had received the proper value. I expected the car to last at least a year... not asking much. I discussed with Gator's Service Manager (Mark Hargraves) & he got the sales department involved. Mark's "Team" attitude was outstanding. We told him we were more concerned with what we had originally been sold & didn't expect service to bear the brunt of the situation, but he said this is not a "service issue" or a "sales issue"... it was a "Dealer issue" they were a team. Being in parts & service myself for over 23 years, I was very impressed. He introduced us to Allen Wade in sales specifically. Allen listened to our situation & identified our needs like a pro. Trade value obviously on the Chrysler was not ideal, but they made a few concessions & Allen found us the right vehicle the same night. The whole team (Allen, Ron, Maryann) stayed late on a Friday night to complete the deal. We are now in the vehicle we should have originally purchased. When it's time to trade in our other vehicle, I will definitely be returning to Gator Chrysler. More

A very pleasant surprise! My wife and I were looking for my midlife crisis sports car. I was walking the lot when Jr. drove up in the golf cart. He certainly knew what vehicles he had on hand and was VERY knowledgeable about the inventory and the car characteristics. I was certain that the Spider would be out of my price range and was pleasantly surprised to see the staff was able to work out a deal where I could afford a 2018 car! I felt like I got a fair trade in value for my vehicle and a good deal on the car I purchased. My wife and I had previously purchased two vehicles from this dealership. We didn’t have to wait too long to see Maryann in the business office. She’s the only person who’s been there for all our purchases there. She is AWESOME!!! Once again, she was very professional and completed this step of the purchase process flawlessly! Our car went to detail and then to the gas station to be filled up (another plus!). Unfortunately, while at the gas station, a pickup truck scraped the front bumper of MY BRAND NEW CAR!!! The sales manager came and told us about it. As I expected, he assured us that he would fix it. He wrote a new “we owe” sheet and told us we could have a loaner car while mine was at the body shop (not the $60K Alfa Romeo from the sales floor darn it!). I was pleased to see this dealership step up and do the right thing. I was not surprised though, having worked with them on previous occasions, I know this is a quality organization who values it’s customers. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family and return if we need another vehicle! More
