I came into the dealership wanting to look at a new car for myself as a first time buyer, not expecting to get my hopes up as far as approval goes. He was so patient and explained the entire process to me from start to finish with contagious enthusiasm which made me feel more confident with everything. He set me up to take the car for a test drive and was genuinely interested in my thoughts and comments about the car, even going so far as to make sure that any hesitations I had were met with an above satisfactory response. Maryann also went above and beyond for me with helping me get approved as a first time buyer, helping me find insurance, and doing anything and everything that she could do to get me the absolute best deal possible!
