Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep

Service department is a joke So i made the mistake of taking my Jeep to Gator Dodge to have an oil change done and once again their xxxxty service department didnt let me down. As So i made the mistake of taking my Jeep to Gator Dodge to have an oil change done and once again their xxxxty service department didnt let me down. As i drove a few miles on my way home i smelled an oil smell and sure enough my Jeep was smoking. I immediately turned around and drove it right back. When i got out the smoke was rolling and i went straight to the joke of a service manager and had him come out to see the massive amount of oil from under my Jeep and the smoke. The "technicians" pinched to oring on the filter housing causing oil to leak all down the front of the engine and of course all over the underside of my Jeep. This is the second vehicle ive taken to them for service and will xxxx sure be the last. I warn all of you to stay as far away from that service department as you can....... More

Exceeds Expectations!! I went in to the dealership anxious and nervous for buying a car. After meeting with Brian Radcliff briefly it started to rain..Brian took the time to I went in to the dealership anxious and nervous for buying a car. After meeting with Brian Radcliff briefly it started to rain..Brian took the time to get a car and drive us around the lot to find the car I had initially came to the dealership looking for. He was so patient while driving us back and forth to each different color Jeep, multiple times, until I finally decided. Brian had a great personality and was very professional and polite. He gave me suggestions and his advice but was in no way pushy. The buying process was a breeze and exactly as we had discussed. After the buying process was over Brian walked outside and made sure I knew how everything worked as well as how to set up my phone to the Bluetooth and also helped with setting up the display control panel to where I felt comfortable before driving off the lot. I have been back to the dealership to pick up extras that I ordered for my car and Brian always makes it a point to greet me before I even make it inside. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! More

Then when I was satisfied that I was going to get the treatment that I wanted and the deal that I wanted, I drove 2 1/2 hours up to Melbourne and picked up the car and actually walked out with an even better payment and amazing service from Keith who is very knowledgeable about the brand. I got the car I wanted and I got an extra thousand dollars for my trade and I was very pleased . This is my second Fiat and Keith at Fiat of Melbourne treated me right. I only wish I lived closer so I could actually have the car serviced at this dealership More

Best buying experience in 20 years. My husband and I were dreading the car buying experience. It's never fun and always high pressured. We met with Todd (the salesperson) and he was wo My husband and I were dreading the car buying experience. It's never fun and always high pressured. We met with Todd (the salesperson) and he was wonderful. We also worked with Rene (the manager) and Aaron (the finance manager) and were pleased with their service, the lack of high pressure sales tactics and their expediency. We had a lot of other commitments that day and had to leave to dealership to run some errands and when we returned, we had dinner plans and had to get our of there ASAP. They had the paperwork ready to go and we were in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. It was a wonderful car buying experience and I would recommend their dealership and Todd to anyone. My dad was a car salesman and sold me all of my cars for the first 20 years I drove, then there was 15+ years of painful car buying experiences, and now Gator...I felt like I was with my Dad again ;-) More
