My sales rep Patrick Walsh was great. He explained everything to me, helped me with what I wanted and did not pressure me into any sale. I was sold the moment I walked in. Great experience with a new salesman When we walked onto the lot, we had anticipated purchasing a new truck for an almost-dead truck; however, after looking at the new trucks with Todd Mu When we walked onto the lot, we had anticipated purchasing a new truck for an almost-dead truck; however, after looking at the new trucks with Todd Munce, he showed us the whole line of trucks, as well as other new vehicles on the lot. After discussing with him what we were wanting, he was able to show us 2 slightly-used (2017) Chrysler 300's. We test drove them both (a very different experience between the 2 cars), and decided on the purchased vehicle. At no time did Todd pressure us to purchase a single brand or new/used; he simply showed us the vehicles offered (as well as letting us know they had additional inventory if we didn't find what we liked), and let us decided what we wanted. Being only at the dealership for a week, he was a joy to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
