I got my Jeep Renegade from Manny over at Gator I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Two Times a Charm Ten months ago we visited Gator to buy a part for our Ram Truck...We ended up talking with Allen about a Journey we'd been researching. Well, we were so happy with his Stress Free, "I'm here when your ready sales approach", we decided to buy. Unfortunately, we found the four cylinder version was not powerful enough for us sooooo, we met with Allen again telling him what we were really needing. With his assistance we chose to upgrade to the Jeep Cherokee Latitude ... WE ARE IN LOVE!!!!...its powerful, comfortable, responsive & has more bells & whistles than expected. Not sure when I'll get to use the heated steering wheel but its great to have it when we do. Thanks Allen for your expertise! A few minor issues needed to be addressed with the service center but that went as smooth as butter...the Express Lane Gang are terrific. My only suggestion would be to detail the vehicles better at time of purchase. More
