Not one unbroken promise throughout the sale, (Which I dragged out for days!) He never pushed the sale and just worked with me. He worked out the rebates which Made my budget to the penny. My wife, who is a tuff cookie to convince to spend money, was amazed that it actually happened. She drove the jeep Cherokee home. I have not seen her smile like that since of our wedding! He showed us the selection of vans, which was a great selection to choose from. When we found one we liked, he let us test drive it, all the meanwhile explaining the details about the vehicle and certain aspects of it that would appeal to our toddlers (DVD player). During the application process, he was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. We left the dealership extremely happy with our new purchase and our service!
