You guys rock! 30 years ago, I had purchased a Fiat Spider (in Cleveland Ohio) and by far it was the best car that I have ever owned. Unfortunately, the car was tota 30 years ago, I had purchased a Fiat Spider (in Cleveland Ohio) and by far it was the best car that I have ever owned. Unfortunately, the car was totaled in an accident, and that was the end of the road. As I drove by the Gator (Fiat) dealership I told myself that when the Spider made it's reappearance, I would stop to see if I could make my dream become a reality. That dream came true when I met a father and son (Michael and Anthony Wagner) sales team at the front door. I felt very much at ease with their sales approach and professionalism. They are actually the best auto salesmen I've ever worked with in my entire life. They kept reassuring me that my dream will come true. Over the past 32 years as an educator and a musician with a family of 5, I have had many challenges along the way. Throughout the entire process of securing bank financing, they both hung in their and shared their encouragement that they would do anything to make this happen. All of the managerial staff seemed very determined to help me, especially Mary Ann Higgins (the Finance Director). As I walked by her office, I couldn't help but notice the determination on her face as she spoke to numerous banks to acquire financing. Over the past 10 years since my Mom passed away, and various lay-offs due to the recent recession, I've had to move my family from Florida to Colorado to DC and then back to Maryland (where I began my teaching career in 1985)...and then back to Florida again. My credit score surely took a dive during these hard times. Things have turned around and I just accepted a new teaching position, as well as attending Graduate School at U.F. (go Gators!) to eventually teach in higher ed. This new assignment will require me to commute from Viera, Florida to Orlando, and I was worried that my current vehicle will not make the trip too many more times. All that to say - Mary Ann, Michael and Anthony Wagner performed a miracle.....amazing work! I drove home in my new Fiat (500L) yesterday! Wow. I will end by saying that my dream came true because of these fine people. Thank-you. More

An appointment was set up with salesman Allen Wade. At the dealership, Mr. Wade showed the van to me. He was very informative and answered all the questions we had. The dealership agreed to fix a few minor defects and the sale was concluded. Mr. Wade, along with other personnel, was very professional and friendly. Unlike other dealerships, I was treated fairly as a person, not as a woman. In addition, I was not given high pressure sales of unwanted extras. I thought the trade-in was low -- $2,800 versus $4500 suggested in Edmonds. Also the newspaper advertising was somewhat deceiving. The bold listed price was about $23,000, but that included (in small print) a trade-in or cash of $3,000; thus making the actual price of the car about $26,000. Additionally, the window sticker (with the actual lot number of the vehicle) listed a navigation system. Again, small print, said just because it was listed didn't mean it was on the car. I thought the dealer should have installed the system or given a discount for the system not being installed. It was deceptive advertising. More
