He showed me used trucks at my request, then we looked at new Rams. We spent probably two hours looking at trucks, and at no point was I pressured to "run some numbers." And I didn't have a "manager" come out to meet me and "make a great deal today." I was treated with courtesy and respect with absolutely zero pressure. When I decided on a truck I liked, that was the only time I was encouraged to come inside to "run the numbers." The transaction was smooth and we got right down to final numbers with almost zero back and forth. Altogether, it was a very pleasant experience and I would do business with Allen again. After the purchase, I've been back for a bed liner and a new delivery detail, and again was treated first class. More

Very straight forward with getting us a good value for our trade. When I arrived at dealer to see the truck we were looking at , the vehicle was pulled up for me. I took a test drive while they valued my trade. They valued right within the range Barbara provided me. She had a sales sheet ready for me on what the estimated walk out the door price would be. I went about my day, returning a few hours later to the dealership to complete the sale. (Total time in dealership less than 90 minutes) When we arrived back, she had the truck detailed, had the vehicle fueled for us and went out of her way to purchase Oem floor mats for the front that weren't provided when traded in. In addition, she arranged to have a duplicate key fob made for the truck. In closing she was professional, no non sense or games. I would do business with her again. More

He originally saw one that he liked at another nearby dealership. The other dealership originally told me a good price but later on in the day when I brought my boyfriend in the price became significantly higher. We walked out. I decided to call Gator the next day to see if they had one on there lot with the bells and whistles my boyfriend cared about. The other dealership called me the next day and significantly lowered the price. I was going back and forth with 2 dealerships on the phone. Ultimately, my boyfriend preferred the price and the options of the car at Gator. I felt like JT and the the Gator dealership gave us a fair and good deal. I never felt pressured or deceived. JT was upfront and there were no extra charges or fees. JT even stayed after closing time to help us work the radio and bluetooth system. I would definitely recommend GATOR and JT. More
