Blessed We are truly blessed to have found Gator Ford. Between us we have 8 kids so in order for us to all go out together we had to take two vehicles. Customer Service at its BEST😁 Start with a lazy-day off checking the inventory of vehicles 🚗 on the internet especially when Gator Ford is right across the street from where we're Start with a lazy-day off checking the inventory of vehicles 🚗 on the internet especially when Gator Ford is right across the street from where we're camping. "Chat" on the internet causes a salesman to call me 10 minutes later after he verified the 2 vehicles (Ford Edge) were on the lot. Alex allowed me to test drive both back to the campground to get an approval from my wife on which one. To close this deal we needed to add a "faceplate" onto the Edge for towing behind our RV. He coordinated between 2 dealers and made this happen! In all, we have a newer Edge with monthly payments & insurance payments less than we were originally paying 😁 More

Best Experience Ever! I was undecided on whether or not to buy a new Expedition XL and I reached out to Don Fisch at Gator Ford. I explained that I like my current 2014 Ex I was undecided on whether or not to buy a new Expedition XL and I reached out to Don Fisch at Gator Ford. I explained that I like my current 2014 Expedition but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to first ask me about what it was I really liked about the current Expedition and what it was that was not quite right or missing. Then he explain how the newer models had changed and what was still comparable to my current one. After running thru all the similarities and differences, he then went thru the building of a truck with me going line by line so I understood what everything was and answering all my questions. After we came up with the build I wanted he then got my information on my current truck and said to give him a day to run the numbers so I could decide if it was worth my while to order a new one. He got back with me the next day and floored me with the price of the new one and what I could get for my existing truck! The price was Fantastic considering everything we had put in it and the trade in was way over what I had expected. I currently live in San Antonio Texas and because I was able to get the deal that Don had put together, it was worth it to me to drive to Tampa Florida and deal with him on the new Truck so I ordered the new one. Don kept me informed of the status of the order whenever there was an update so I could make all my travel arrangements. When I got there I was taken to see the truck immediately before anything else to make sure it was exactly what I had wanted and it was! I was then assisted by the Gator Ford team on the finance aspect and once finished, was handed back over to Don. He then walked me thru each aspect of the truck, reviewing all the things I was already familiar with and going into the details of the of the new or updated options. He made sure I had no questions and could operate everything without any issues and then made sure I had his card with Phone and email in the event I had any additional questions. He has reached out to me a couple of times since to make sure everything is working and that I have no issues or questions. I have bought my vehicles from Don for the past 17 years because he always makes sure I am treated like a friend and not just another customer. I will continue to buy from Don regardless of where I move to next as long as he is selling Fords! More
