The staff is very nice. Theyre polite, friendly, and profesional(for the most part). When I bought my car there were certain details they agreed to take care of. I was told I could come in on a Saturday and they would take care of it. That day they told me there was no record of the appointment. So i wasted time and gas for nothing. I then am told to come in another day. Im told to come in at 8 am. I live an hour away so this isnt easy for me. I had to wake up at 6 am to get there in time. Now once again they told me there was no record and that the manager doesnt come in until 9am. I wait and once 9 am comes around they now tell me the manager is in a meeting and wont be available until 11am. So I had no option than to go home and come back later. More time and gas wasted. I got up at 6 am on my day off for nothing. I come back around 11:30 and they finally say yes, that theyll work on the car. That took a few hours. Now im being told they couldnt do everything. That I would have to come back AGAIN for the last bit of work because the piece had to be ordered. Something that should have been done days ago. They eventually did do everything with no charge to me, but the experience was so frustrating I doubt ill be returning for future servicing. Hours of my life and gallons of gas wasted for no reason. Just because they couldnt communicate with one another as to what was going on. More
