They unfortunately wouldnt budge much on the monthly payments for the car. The salesman was nice enough to bring the total price down by $4k at least. We called the dealership looking for a specific vehicle. We were going to settle for a different color because they had it in stock, however it still sold already. Ryan, our salesperson called me back and worked it out with his manager to find us what we were looking for and we were able to make a deal all over the phone. More importantly, where other dealers failed and didn't follow through, they did. Other dealerships figured out that we were qualified buyers and would try and sell what they had in stock or get us to settle for something else. They treated us with professionalism and understood that we were going to buy what we wanted and worked to fulfill our request. Clear honest communication as well as being able to make the whole purchase online. So all we had to do was drive from Orlando and pick the car up.
