Mixed feelings about my service. Came in for 15,000 mile service. The next day I noticed one of the lug nuts was older than the others. It was discolored and beat up looking. Shad sa Came in for 15,000 mile service. The next day I noticed one of the lug nuts was older than the others. It was discolored and beat up looking. Shad said to bring it back. I did, and Shad quickly and efficiently had to swap it out for a new one. So boooooo!, that someone carelessly put the obviously wrong lug nut on, but happy that Shad dealt with the problem so well. Only issue was inaccurate time estimate. Had “appointment” for oil change and rotation at 0930. It took approx 3 hours. We were told maybe hour and a half to two.
