Dealership was clean and friendly, electronic document signing table was nice. Didn't present extended warranty options clearly and honestly, initial numbers for finance payments were off by $700/month. V signing table was nice. Vehicle took 3 months to arrive but I was consistently told it was less than 30 days out, then I was told it was a week out, ten days later I was told it was now 10 days out etc. Would have preferred honesty up front. Was given wrong VIN when I got insurance, had to set up insurance again at dealership. Took approximately 3.5 hours to pick up car once arriving at dealership. Not sure why so long. More
