I called from I-75 and said that I would be towed in for repairs. An AAA tow never showed so it took 3 hours to get to Gatorland instead of an hour. The phone operator was very patient and helpful. When I finally arrived with my car in tow, Brett was there and took care of me and set up for the repairs the next day. He made sure that I got to my hotel safely. My alternator was replaced the next day but something else was wrong with my car. Brett said another part and three hours of work possibly needed. It was unfortunate that the mechanic didn’t replace the belt while replacing the alternator. The second morning my car was ready at 8 a.m. Brett was there and explained the work done to replace the belt and the cost for the parts and labor. Brett wished me a good day and I left with my car drivable. I felt secure that I could rely on a dealership 200 miles from my home. More
