Not only did he have a very un welcoming attitude when I first brought my car in. He also lacks communication skills & customer service skills. I called twice asking to speak to him. Both times left a messa first brought my car in. He also lacks communication skills & customer service skills. I called twice asking to speak to him. Both times left a message and never heard back from him. I was trying have additional repairs done to my car that would’ve been paid entirely out of pocket. Since he never got back to me, now I’m looking for a shop that would like my service. Thanks Ryan! In addition, Jordan at the front desk is a sweet heart.
