After the deal was done and the vehicle delivered I asked a favor of Kyle. Without hesitation he followed up on my request. That wins points in my book. I was in retail for thirty years and twenty of those as an owner. Having someone that goes the extra mile with no gain in it for themselves identifies a valuable employee. I've employed both and from experience I'd say Kyle was one of the "good guys." It's an interesting time to buy a vehicle. Limited supply and plenty of demand makes getting a satisfactory deal for the buyer a challenge. I shopped a couple of dealers that have really exploited the market with predatory pricing. I will remember that when I go shopping again. Gatorland is not perfect but they come pretty close. Suffice it to say that I left satisfied with a new SUV. Also, one of Kyle's bosses put an exclamation point on my experience so kudos to Ryan Wise for that. I also worked with Jean Aquino and he's a good guy too.
