Service for vehicle I brought my vehicle in because the “check engine “ indicator light was on. I left the vehicle and waited for call from Advisor, Juan. I was told all I brought my vehicle in because the “check engine “ indicator light was on. I left the vehicle and waited for call from Advisor, Juan. I was told all that “wrong “ & informed the repair would cost more than $1900.00. Upon declining The cost was reduced to $1700. Then to $1500.00 & finally to $1300.00. All during a conversation of about 5:00. Needless to say my trust was lost & I had no confidence in the integrity of the Advisor or dealership that condone this action. Why wasn’t I quoted $1300.00, which I know is still an over charge,initially? I PERSONALLY HAVE NO USE FOR SUCH LACK OF INTEGRITY & CHARACTER!!!! More
