I was looking for a Kia Carnival SX with a white exterior, Tuscan interior, and VIP lounge seats. I searched many dealerships in the Houston area but couldn't find it. Six months later, I decided to exterior, Tuscan interior, and VIP lounge seats. I searched many dealerships in the Houston area but couldn't find it. Six months later, I decided to try again and contacted Gay Family Kia online. The same day, Austin responded to my email and sent me a window sticker for a Carnival that matched my desired colors and trim exactly. I was so excited, and we scheduled a test drive right away. Our salesperson, Austin, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all our questions. He was also very responsive, getting back to us promptly and making it a pleasure to work with him. My husband and I are thrilled with our purchase. Everything with Austin was a wonderful experience, and we are so thankful to have our dream car with all the exact colors and features we wanted. More
