I have never walked into a dealership and been treated so nicely. Every employee treated me so well and made sure that I was well taken care of. The worst customer service I have ever experienced (I am 60 years old) I went through the effort of talking to a service writer only to learn that a 12 volt battery check was as much as the battery, Once I 60 years old) I went through the effort of talking to a service writer only to learn that a 12 volt battery check was as much as the battery, Once I arrived, Also there are never any loaners. I was not the only one that day that was lied to about a loaner. A lady was also under the impression that she would get a loaner. I will never buy a vehicle from Gay family again. More
