Sam did a great job, but the shop guidlines need improving. After the engine replacement i was informed i needed a front end alignment, due to the fact it had to be disassembled to access the motor. improving. My AC was working when i brought it in ,and when I picked it up, no freon. I had to pay for replacement freon. I understand the cost for shop rates , but when vehicles are brought in a check list should made on the operation of vehicle and components as to what needs to be fixed before work is to be done. Thank you service Center team for the loaner, which meant the world to me.. More
