Didn’t realize making an appointment meant nothing. No refund on rental due to having to wait 2 plus months for appointment and couldn’t find issue even though they didn’t look at my car on the actual No refund on rental due to having to wait 2 plus months for appointment and couldn’t find issue even though they didn’t look at my car on the actual day of my appointment. manager has lack of respect for women and completely ignored me ,the actual owner of the car until I told him it was my car even after being introduced as the owner by Sam. Lack of communication all around and the wait for getting an appointment is my biggest issue.i paid 187 dollars of a rental from Monday to Friday but my car was only looked at on Thursday and Friday morning so the manager could take a look at it and the only advise was we can keep the car longer. As soon as I got in the car. The car shakes but settles. I find this dealership all around unable to communicate very well. I was told at the beginning I could go get an oil change at another dealership just to be told that wasn’t true and I had to pay out of pocket and it took over 2 months just to get reimbursed. I will NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone else ever. More
