Sirs, I came to your dealership to repair both outside mirrors. I had visited a year ago when we had some accident damage and our insurance company put our car in another repair shop who could not repair mirrors. It took a month and a half to get my car back. I understand parts take time however my car sat at the dealership with the part received for over a week before they even looked at it.
