What I didn't understand is I made the appointment a few weeks in advance specifically to replace my multifunction switch. They knew at the time I made my appointment the year, make and model of my car. Aft weeks in advance specifically to replace my multifunction switch. After I arrived at my appointment, they looked at my car and said I had to schedule another appointment to get it replaced!!! It was a recall. The appointment was made far enough in advance they could have, should have had the part I needed and should have been ready for my appointment. Then, a week before the NEXT appointment I got a message from the dealership saying I'd missed my appointment!! I called John and he assured me my appointment was still scheduled for the following week. I said ok. Then, when I arrived for my 2nd appointment, I wasn't on the list! John took care of me and alls well that ends well but I shouldn't have to go through all this! 2 trips to the dealership to change out a multifunction switch that was recalled and should have been in stock since they knew it was a recall!! More
