Pat Smith was AWESOME! I hate buying cars but he asked all the right questions, I felt no pressure, he was extremely thorough and went over everything with us. We did purchase the car and he sat in the car and went over everything which no one has ever done before, he downloaded my phone contacts and helped linked information to go with my car and phone.
