Gay Kia Service department sucks. They don’t communicate with their customer. I even left my email thanking it would be faster to respond by email than phone. My Kia Sorrento was towed there due to engine failure. I called my service advisor ( Billie) several times, and never got a call back. Finally after 2 week I went up there in person and spoke to John who was not my service advisor, but he nice enough all my questions. I informed my service that I needed a rental, and I also needed to know if towing would be reimbursed. He responded by says and I will check on it, and get back to you. I never heard back about either one. I finally picked up my car, and decided because of Gay Kia crappy service department to got rid of the car. We didn’t even take it home and traded for a Buick.
