Worst customer service ever I've used AJ. Dohmann twice and both times were completely misriable experiences. It seems as though they don't even care about good customer service I've used AJ. Friendly and Quality service When I brought my 2000 Dodge Ram in for repairs( front passenger wheel fell off the day before Thanksgiving) Casey the service manager explained that When I brought my 2000 Dodge Ram in for repairs( front passenger wheel fell off the day before Thanksgiving) Casey the service manager explained that it would be a few days due to Thanksgiving holidays. He promised that the truck would be looked at asap. They looked at it and tried calling but I was unable to answer because I was at work. I called them back on Monday and authorized the service but due to the age of the truck it was not normal inventory parts. They ordered the parts did the work and had it ready by Thursday. More
