I do appreciate the response. I know what the demand on service especially because people are keeping their cars longer. The problem is about communicating your policy about keeping cars until you can work them into service. All you have to do is give your customers a chance to accept or reject the idea you want them to leave their car while waiting for an undetermined appointment. That is unacceptable to me and I would have looked for another solution instead of waiting for an appointment that would require leaving the car for an undetermined time to identify a problem already identified. I will call and see if you can set a time to order the plastic sun roof guides and replace them. Thanks for your follow up. Steve
