I took my truck in for spark plugs at noon one day thinking it would be done that or the next day morning. I text the advisor for an eta at 10 am the next day and never got a response. Finally I had m thinking it would be done that or the next day morning. I text the advisor for an eta at 10 am the next day and never got a response. Finally I had my wife call at 2pm and someone told her they will check with the mechanic and give her a call back. Never got a call back. Finally after 2 more hours she called again and a guy said it was done. We went to pick it up and the truck sounded 10x worse and ran worse. Day 3 i took the truck to a different mechanic and he stated the spark plugs didnt look as if they had been replaced. Im only writing a negative review becuase of the audacity to message for a review. Moral of the story i would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle here for service. More
