I was visiting our daughter at Tech for the weekend. Coolant was found under the truck Saturday morning. I was able to get to the your service dept. They initially said it would be Monday or Tuesday bef Coolant was found under the truck Saturday morning. I was able to get to the your service dept. They initially said it would be Monday or Tuesday before availability for service. I explained the situation, traveling alone with a dog and no family/friends in area (6hrs away). They graciously had a tech that happened to be there on the weekend to look at it, and it ended up being a simple hose replacement. They were able to get it done that afternoon. I am so VERY thankful that they went above and beyond and fixed my truck. Everyone was kind, courteous, and provided great assistance. We will definitely keep you in mind when we need our next truck. I like Gene Messer Ford. They have a great service department. However, I was trying to get the factory recall issue addressed at this dealership and they don’t provide this They have a great service department. However, I was trying to get the factory recall issue addressed at this dealership and they don’t provide this service (windshield issue). Gene Messer is great, but I wish they could have helped with the recall. Not sure how to get this fixed now. More
