My initial advisor only updated me if I called then he was MIA for 2 days. I was told it would take 48 hours. I understand that it is not an exact science so if it took longer, I would’ve understood. The was MIA for 2 days. I was told it would take 48 hours. I understand that it is not an exact science so if it took longer, I would’ve understood. The frustration was I had no communication and I had to cancel a business trip because I didn’t have my car. I called twice and spoke to two different service adjusters and one just kept cutting me off nice kid, but it kept cutting me off and never could give me any information. The second one was just very Bothered by me calling. I spoke to a third adjuster and he was super nice and super helpful he actually called me back when he said he would so that was nice. I understand things happen when it comes to working on cars but again the communication just was very poor More
Had hail significant hail damage and a deer strike in the same week. Logan and his crew did a fine job on both claims. Very happy with the results. Definitely would recommend Gene Messer Ford to anybody havi same week. Logan and his crew did a fine job on both claims. Very happy with the results. Definitely would recommend Gene Messer Ford to anybody having those repairs made. Thank you, Logan. More
We bought a SUV from Gene Messer in Lubbock and had a horrible experience. We thought we got decent deal on the car but things went downhill very quickly. They brought the car to us in Amarillo so I didn horrible experience. We thought we got decent deal on the car but things went downhill very quickly. They brought the car to us in Amarillo so I didn’t have a chance to do a bumper to bumper inspection. Less than a week after buying the car we got a nail in the tire which of course was not GM’s fault. When we took the car in we were told that the tire was too worn to be repaired and would have to be replaced. We had to replace 2 tires. We then realized one of the key fobs didn’t work and we were told that it was considered a luxury item and wouldn’t be replaced. I should have noticed the last problem which was a crack in the windshield. We took in to have it repaired and were out another 200 dollars. I sent 2 emails to the manager of the dealership and never heard a word back. The only thing we received from him was an email trying to sell me an extended warranty. This takes any chance of us buying another car or recommending Gene Messer to anyone we know. More
