I took my truck in for a recall regarding my tailgate. The Service Department was terrible. They said that they repair two recalls but never repair my problem i had when i took it in. The inside look liked they pull all of my stuff out of the grove compartment. The sterring column was not put back together. The service took a week . Although most of the work was accomplished adequately a whole week is way too long. I take my Nissan to mcGavock and it NEVER takes longer than two d Although most of the work was accomplished adequately a whole week is way too long. I take my Nissan to mcGavock and it NEVER takes longer than two days even with diagnostics . I asked for one of my tires to be checked because of a slow leak, i asked literally four people to make sure it got included in the service . It did not happen , the low tire pressure sensor light came on as i was literally driving home. I believe i paid for tire rotation, didn’t happen. The low tire was exactly where it was on the car when i came in so impossible that tires were rotated. Service reps were friendly and attentive but the actual work took too long and was incomplete. Drove from San Antonio to Colorado on a hunting trip. Axle broke outside of Post, Tx. Called Pollard Ford as it was the closest ford dealership. They said they were 3-4 weeks out. I called Gene Messe Axle broke outside of Post, Tx. Called Pollard Ford as it was the closest ford dealership. They said they were 3-4 weeks out. I called Gene Messer and they got me in that day on a Friday. I rented a truck and went on to Colorado. Hunted from Friday evening thru Tuesday the following week. Came back thru Lubbock on way home and my truck was ready. They were professional , on time and got me back in the road right on time!!! Thank you Aryan, Cayden and the tech who replaced the axle!!!!
