The reason my review is so poor is because it took them 23 days to return my F150 to me. Once evaluated.(which took three days. ) It was determined that it needed a transmission overhaul. Parts were ordere 23 days to return my F150 to me. Once evaluated.(which took three days. ) It was determined that it needed a transmission overhaul. Parts were ordered that same day and received the next day. Messer Ford claims that the reason it took so long was because they only have one transmission tech. You would think that with the fleet of trucks and cars they have and have sold, that they would have at least two maybe even three transmission techs available to work on transmissions!!! I do believe they fixed my problem with my truck, however, if I needed my truck for work, I would’ve been out of work for three weeks!!!!! That’s insane.!! And don’t get me started about the level of communication. they gave me and the updates on my truck. I had to ask several times for an update, waiting in some cases for more than four days for a response from the service person. Come on Gene Messer Ford, you can do better… More
