As a whole, I have no problems with the Dealership The Service Department needs to be aware of the items covered under the various "add on" Maintenance Agreements sold by the Sales Department. The custome Service Department needs to be aware of the items covered under the various "add on" Maintenance Agreements sold by the Sales Department. The customer, who has paid $2,500+ for a PREMIUM Maintenance Plan should not have to argue with them regard what items are covered by the paid for maintenance plan. Wiper blades seem like a small thing, but what about when a need a larger item like Brake Pads, or shocks. Both covered by the plan that I purchased. They did provide the wiper blades without charge, as the Service Manager promised, but was it because they actually reviewed the PREMIUM Maintenance Plan? More
