Gene messer held my car for a week, for a simple tire replacement. I had my car towed there, so obviously it needs work. They didn't bother looking at it until the tire they ordered came in, just to fina replacement. I had my car towed there, so obviously it needs work. They didn't bother looking at it until the tire they ordered came in, just to finally look at the rim and determine a new one is needed, another 4 day wait. And finally when that part comes in they can actually look at the car, just to see another thing that needs to be ordered and even longer wait time for me instead of checking the first time. So after 8 days of them not looking until well after my repairs were estimated to be complete, they still didn't reset the tire pressure alert, so new tire new rim yet my car alerts me every time I turn my car on I have low pressure, my ford app is constantly telling me I have low pressure. After $1772 in repairs and they can't be bothered resetting the dash. Every time I take my car in for a oil change they claim to do a 5 point inspection and give my car the all clear, yet I had to find out through my dashboard that my coolant was low, yet my paperwork says every thing check out. Yet once they are able to claw thousands from you they will finally do their inspections and best believe they will find something wrong, AFTER waiting many days for the original part to come in More
