After making an appt, leaving my car for four hours, picking it up and paying the bill, I realized by morning no work was done. Upon calling them they admitted they never got to my car. They also didn’t replace the coolant cap which wasn’t on the requested work to be done. I was told to come in for a replacement cap. Upon arriving I learned none was in stock and I would need to return in 3 days. I called the dealership to find out what can be done and I was hung up on. After driving back to the dealership (now a third time)to speak with the manager and explaining the severity of my frustration due to needing to be back at the hospital with my son for his chemotherapy, I was told the $15 headlamp would be refunded. The lack of professionalism, integrity and compassion are disappointing at best. More
