I gave the dealer only 2 stars. The service advisor did not fulfill their promise to give us 4 free oil change within the 2-year warranty service for buying this brand new vehicle. We only got a total of 3 free oil change instead of 4. The service advisor did not reach out to us that and was not looking for the welfare or service satisfaction of the customer. This dealer needs to make it up for the customer by giving us at least 1 MORE FREE oil change that we deserved as promise. Other dealers are true to their promise. Not this one.. More
First of all, our service guy, Colby, wasn’t anywhere to be found when we needed help. We took our car in for an oil change, and it ended up needing new rear brake pads and rotors spun. We were told front b be found when we needed help. We took our car in for an oil change, and it ended up needing new rear brake pads and rotors spun. We were told front brakes were good. That turned into a 2-day task with my husband having to leave work to go get answers. He was told that they were trying to put aftermarket parts on that wouldn’t fit and that factory parts had to be ordered. If it wasn’t for the guy my husband talked to today (Brian maybe), the service dept would have ended up charging us for 4 sets of brake pads (their mistake trying to put aftermarket parts on my 4runner). The guy today did take care of that part of the bill, but that doesn’t change what had happened, nor does it fix the problem it still has. It’s still shaking when brakes are applied. So, I’m thinking the rear rotors weren’t actually the cause of the problem. More

I am not pleased with my services at all. Things that were advised to me that were going to get replaced didn’t happen. Theses things were advised to me during the test drive would get fixed. This was a much better experience than I have had previously. There were several service advisors and mine came over right away to check me in. He took detailed notes.
