This dealership was recommended to me by a coworker, I have them change my oil, it was great. Now when it was recommended by the mechanic to change my cabin filter and air filter, I declined. Even though have them change my oil, it was great. Now when it was recommended by the mechanic to change my cabin filter and air filter, I declined. Even though it was shown to me the debris that was in the cabin filter. I was going to change that on my own. Once I was leaving parking lot I leaned over and noticed that the debris from the cabin filter was on the floor board on my passenger side. I'm not sure if it was thrown back on my floor board or if the remaining debris fell out, but was disappointed in how it wasn't cleaned up. I told my coworker my experience and was told they were also supposed to vacuum my vehicle. I'm sure way I didn't receive the same treatment as my coworker but I was very dissatisfied with how it was handled. I honestly don't think I will be going back for small things like this again, only way I will go back is if it is for something major that requires me to go to the dealership since my vehicle is a Toyota. Other than that thank you for the oil change. More
Got up early, drove to the dealership’s service door, waited until they opened, drove in, stated I needed a scheduled service, went into the waiting room got a coffee, waited about 40 minutes, was inform waited until they opened, drove in, stated I needed a scheduled service, went into the waiting room got a coffee, waited about 40 minutes, was informed my car was done, signed the service order got back in my vehicle and went home.
