Toyota is a great dealership in Lubbock, likely my incident was a result of lack of training for a service advisor, who, otherwise , applies great human courtesy skills in all areas!

I would recommend that Toyota reduce your push on your service advisors to market in-necessary maintenance services, recommend at designated mileage points, and inform customers what to look for should problems be developing, rather than hard selling customers to agree to unnecessary services like Changing my platinum plugs (that likely will last another 100,000 miles) and replacing them with lower grade plugs! And recommending replacing perfectly good coolant,?without a complete coolent flush. Such sales approach behavior results in me to not want to return to the dealership for service!
