Customer Service I worked with Gene Steffy in two car purchases now. I worked with Mitch in Sales and Randal in Finance. Mitch went out of his way both times. But, the second time I had asked for a specific request and he went out of his way and called me the next day and we were able to make a deal. It was an important request for me and I really appreciated his time and how he took care of his customer. Randal was nice to work with too. He explained everything in detail in the paperwork. I felt comfortable with this dealership more than I have ever felt with any other that I've worked with. I will go back next time I'm shopping for a car. I had oil changes done in the Service Dept. and the people their were very good too. The man who drove me home while my car was serviced and picked me up afterwards was very nice and even though I don't remember his name tell him "Great Job" for me. Thanks to everyone at Gene Steffy!
