I walked into Steffy's in Fremont just to see what might be available. I sat with Shaunelle Roeber and related my last (horrible) experience of working with a dealership in purchasing a van. I told her what I was looking for in a vehicle, although I wasn't sure I was actually in the market for one right at that time.
Shaunelle showed me one that had recently arrived on the lot and it fit my needs perfectly! She had other options, but the once she chose was perfect!
Shaunelle was a delight to work with, she was professional yet warm. She listened to my story and was tuned in to what my vehicle needs were and what I could afford. I am most than satisfied. She is excellent. Mr. Steffy also stopped by to chat a few moments and was very cordial. No high pressure, no sales "tactics", no ridiculous sales psychology...just honest open caring effort to fill the request and needs for what I needed in a vehicle. I bought the van she showed me that very day!
