Juan Carlos, the sales consultant that helped me, was a tremendous help and I never felt pressured by him. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, consider Kia (specifically Generation Kia) and ask for Juan Carlos. This was probably the smoothest, quickest and most hassle-free car buying experience I've ever had. I felt no pressure at all to buy a vehicle from them and felt there were no sly sales tactics happening. The next time I need a vehicle, this is the place and person I am going to. More

SCAMMERS Generation Kia has lied, scammed, and robbed me for a full year. I bought a used vw rabbit from them last February. The salesperson who sold me the car dismissed my concerns about the slight transmission issues on the test drive. I fell for the lies and bought the car. Within one week of having the car I had to bring it back to them to be fixed. No rental cars available for me, I missed out on work. They "fixed" the issue. Issue resurfaced again not too long after and I brought it back. Still no rentals available (promised when I bought the car) Another BS fix to try to go around the warranty / spending money on fixing the issue. What do you know? The issue gets WORSE . Third time bringing the car in for the same transmission issue and they do another BS fix (after this many attempts all you do is fix a leak in the tranny seal? That should be the first check) they tell me it's all fixed and I get the car weeks later and as I drive it three exits down it's at the worst it's ever been. Worse than when I dropped it off. I turn right around and brought it back. It has now been almost two months exactly since I brought it in. They sent it to VW to be fixed and the people at vw said that they were waiting for an OK from Kia to fix an issue to get to the real main fix of the problem. I guess Kia never fixed those issues because I just got a call my cars ready and all they did was flush the tranny fluid this time. Two months to flush tranny fluid? DO NOT SHOP HERE. ITS A NIGHTMARE. Their service techs are getting fired left and right and they do not communicate with you at all. No phone calls no updates no care. More

To his credit, we were pretty obviously looking to buy a vehicle the day we walked in and he worked with us to get there. He was personable, good with our kids, trustworthy (as a car salesman can be at least) and ushered us as smoothly through the process as possible. HOWEVER, be careful of the cost pretense of this dealership. They'll get you into the place using a deceptive lower pricing online marketing price, but after all is said and done, actually sell the car to you at a higher dealer price, which can be a few thousand dollars more. So you THINK you've got a deal on your hands, when in actuality, you've paid about the same competitive price as you would somewhere else. I'm sure you could talk them down and get a deal, but we aren't those people, so once we realized it, it felt slimy and like we were used (as most dealerships leave you feeling). More

New Kia Soul Lease --- very happy Went I to see about ending my current lease and moving Over top a new lease. Existing lease was with Generation Kia and was very happy with it .. So Went I to see about ending my current lease and moving Over top a new lease. Existing lease was with Generation Kia and was very happy with it .. So I went back.... All great once again. Matt was very helpful, attentive and straightforward with me on everything .. just like I asked him to be since I have been down this road before. Overall lease switch over took about 4-1/2 hours which is a long time to be sitting around a dealership.. but they have a lot of things to j keep you comfortable while you wait. Scott the finance guys was very clear and no surprise kind of guy.. See you all in 3 years.. or sooner to replace our other car most likely in the next year or so! More

As soon as I walked in the doors Mackenzie was there I was in the market for a used pick up and this dealership happened to have one I was interested. As soon as I walked in the doors Mackenzie was there to greet us and immediately helped us take a look at the truck. I felt totally comfortable with making my purchase at this dealership and Mackenzie has been great with helping us. She’s definitely someone I’d recommend to speak to when visiting this dealership.
