Ray Garcia was/is an excellent sales person well worth the 2 hour drive I took to get to Generation Kia. He was to the point and worked hard on the sale. I am rating the Sales process (I am not yet familiar with the Service process). All personnel were helpful and courteous. The salesman Joe Rossetti was transparent about the car's equipment/costs and nego the Service process). All personnel were helpful and courteous. The salesman Joe Rossetti was transparent about the car's equipment/costs and negotiated the premium (above MSRP) in a friendly manner. He was also very helpful in showing me important controls (digital controls are unsettling; I am accustomed to hydraulic/mechanical systems). Both Joe and Steven were helpful in identifying the least cost loan (I can't afford to pay much interest). All staff was helpful in accommodating the return of my rental car. More
