Fabulous Customer Service The dedicated employees at this dealership made the purchase of my car a pleasure. I bought a 2007 Jaguar from them. I had searched 4 states for jus The dedicated employees at this dealership made the purchase of my car a pleasure. I bought a 2007 Jaguar from them. I had searched 4 states for just the right fit. I live in CT so buying a car in LI had its challenges. The car failed the CT emissions test. I called Ron, the manager at Generation Kia. He was wonderful. He told me to bring the car back so he could fix it. The dealership went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. They gave me a loner car for 18 days while they made sure that everything was perfect with my car. I picked it up, it passed the test. So nice to deal with honest people who are committed to doing the right thing. I would highly recommend doing business with Generation Kia! Kim More

Not my first time! This is the second time I got a new car from Generation Kia. I just brought back my lease and purchased a Kia Soul. Anthony D. was an excellent salesman not pushy at all, and made sure we got the best deal. He got the deal done and we drove out in a few hours which included returning my lease. We didn't even have an appt. we just stopped in to look. That's how great the deal was! Everything went smooth. I love this dealership you never feel pressure, and they make sure you are comfortable with your purchase.They also make sure you have water and a snack. Ha! Ha! Just like family! :) More

Great people, great service!! I saw a Kia Optima and fell in love with it. I saw Generation Kia on the license frame so I called and spoke to Brenda there. She said to come in for a test drive and when I did she introduced me to Joe Carter. Joe showed me the car and we went for a ride. I wanted a black Optima but the one on the lot was spoken for so Joe did all the legwork to find me the car I wanted. Thank you, I am so very happy with my car.
