Very disappointing experience with Generation Nissan. I purchased a 2022 BMW from Generation Nissan and shortly afterward discovered issues with the vehicle that had not been disclosed at the time of pu I purchased a 2022 BMW from Generation Nissan and shortly afterward discovered issues with the vehicle that had not been disclosed at the time of purchase. I incurred significant repair and tire replacement expenses and provided the dealership with all supporting documentation. After considerable back-and-forth, I was told that Generation Nissan would provide approximately $1,100 in compensation—an amount that was not even one-third of the documented expenses I incurred. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and the constant need to chase the dealership (Sales Manager) for updates. Promised deadlines have come and gone, emails have gone unanswered, and even after the dealership agreed to provide compensation, I have had to repeatedly follow up just to find out what is happening. I gave Generation Nissan numerous opportunities to resolve this professionally and amicably. Unfortunately, the experience has left me extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Generation Nissan to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More
