I’m sharing my experience to warn others about billing - Latoria Howell
I’m sharing my experience to warn others about billing practices at this dealership.
When I purchased my vehicle on December 31, 2025, a $2,500 key replacement warranty was added to my contract without my knowledge or consent. I only discovered it after reviewing my paperwork and immediately returned to cancel it. I was told I would receive a refund within 4–6 weeks.
It has now been several months, and I still have not received that refund.
I’ve called the dealership multiple times this month. Each time, I’m told they need to “email someone” and that I’ll get a callback—but no one ever follows up.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the warranty company directly, I was informed that an additional key replacement warranty for $287 had also been added—again, without my authorization or any disclosure to me.
At this point, this feels less like an oversight and more like a pattern of adding unauthorized charges and delaying refunds.
If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, review every line of your paperwork carefully before signing, and follow up aggressively on anything that doesn’t look right.
I am still waiting for my refund and a clear explanation.
