The one disappointment was that one of the sales team members took the new G80 to fill the gas tank before I left, but while on the 101 freeway heading home I noticed the tank was nearly empty which led me to wonder if there was a problem with the gauge. I called from the road and learned that he was unable to fill the tank, but forgot to tell me. Fortunately there was enough left to allow me to easily get to a filling station. More

There were some flaws with the car (it's 7 years old, not unexpected), Cory made sure I was aware as we discussed my interest, including videos with them pointed out. When I requested a pre-purchase exam at the local Toyota dealership, he made sure to get the car there on time. He answered questions even on his day off! The car was delivered as promised by a superbly friendly man named Brian. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I am loving my new car. I was not buying the most expensive car on the lot, not by a long shot, but you would not have known that as all staff I interacted with treated me with prompt courtesy and respect. More
