Our decision was made based on many things- most importantly the vehicle itself, and Lauren’s very accommodating, extremely knowledgeable service. Lauren was able to answer all our questions and assist us with setting up the many different features in our car, she always returned phone calls and followed up making sure we were taken care of on every level.
