Genesis dealership on new connor Road in albany New york has to be one of the best dealerships that I have ever been to. The staffing is very professional , and we're friendly and very welcoming. I have bought a Genesis from carmax and I took it there They have it looked at to make sure there were no issue with the car and I was treated like if I bought the car from them unbelievable. I felt like I had known these people for a long time, and it was my first time there. One worker, her name is Jill. I do not know her last name, but she is awesome. She helped me 500% when my car. She went out of her way to help me with my car. But on the same note, pretty much they all go out of their way to help you in some way. I'm 62 years old and I've been buying cars for a long time. And I've never been treated the way. I have been treated at Genesis dealership a new conroe I'm 62 years old and I've been buying cars for a long time. I was looking for a GV60 and selected one of the cars available at Genesis of Albany. I selected that I'd like to lease it and selected 10,000 miles per year. All the other inputs were put in by the de available at Genesis of Albany. I selected that I'd like to lease it and selected 10,000 miles per year. All the other inputs were put in by the dealer's website. The payment came out to $571/mo which I thought was good, so I continued on and submitted the offer. The website said the next step is to come in to the dealership to test drive and continue the purchase process. They invite you to apply for financing ahead of time to speed up the process, and state that there will be "No surprises at the dealership." Once I submitted my offer, I was told there was a discrepancy with the website and the offered payment wasn't possible, but they'd give me their best offer. After several hours, their best offer came in at $710/mo...nearly $140/mo more than stated on their website. This seems to be a classic bait and switch routine. At that point, we couldn't trust these people, and went elsewhere to get our GV60. Too bad, I think Genesis dealers are really hoping to move their slowing moving GV60s before 9/30. We would have taken one off their hands if they'd been even close to accountable for their error, but they weren't. It was the usual, "You can't expect us to honor the price we quoted you! Here's the real, higher number." Not very cool or professional. More

There were some difficulties getting repairs completed and it required leaving my G80 for several weeks. The dealership especially Jill was terrific and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She and it required leaving my G80 for several weeks. She also arranged a loaner that was great as well as having my car delivered to me in Syracuse. The dealership also worked with Genesis to minimize our costs which was greatly appreciated.
