There were some difficulties getting repairs completed and it required leaving my G80 for several weeks. Fareed demonstrated excellent customer service, professionalism, was well-informed, took the time to understand my interests and needs in a new car, and made quick work of negotiating an attractive and competitive price for the new car and my trade-in with management in record time. He went out of his way to stay in close communication about the delivery of the new car. Pickup was a breeze. The car was in beautiful shape, exactly what I ordered. Farhan took the time to set up the app for me, walk me through it, and then walk through the features of the car before I took it home. The management and finance team were also great and worked through all the paperwork quickly. I'd highly recommend Farhan and the Genesis team, along with an excellent luxury crossover option in the GV70. Two weeks later, and I have no regrets about my purchase and the ongoing customer service from Genesis as a new owner. More
